Is everything showing on your site in stock?While most of the items on our website are in stock, our site is not stock controlled, so it is not guaranteed an item you are wanting is available. We try to keep it up to date, but this is not always possible. If you place an order and an item is not available, we will contact you with alternative options, or to arrange a refund.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?If you order before Midday, and your items are in stock, we will ship the same day. Some times we need to order your items from our suppliers. this will mean your order will be shipped as soon as they arrive to us, which is normally between 2 and 5 days. We will only contact you if your order is not likely to get shipped within 7 days, anything less than 7 days is considered normal.

I can't find something on your website, can you get it?We have a large range of wholesale suppliers that we can access, and we do not have everything listed on our website, so there is a chance that yes, we can order it for you. please let us know what you are after.

Will I get tracking information when my order is shipped?Yes, you will receive an automated email with a link to track your parcel. You should also be notified when it is getting close to being delivered.

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?Click on the Tackshop Rewards Box at the top of our website and make sure you create an account. You will then be asked at the checkout if you would like to redeem your points.

What are your opening Hours?Our Shop is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We are closed Weekends and Public Holidays

Can I send something back?We welcome returns on most items providing they are returned within 4 weeks of the invoice date, and are in new/unused condition, in their original packaging and with tags etc attached. We do not accept returns of saddles. Returns are given a store credit or exchange. Please see our Returns Policy for more information

How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
